Online Dance Ceremony for Freedom of Expression

A dance ceremony held by a few sisters to hold and create this space to freely express through dance and sound with what is happening in Iran to our fellow sisters. To send strength & prayer to all.

We are all one and when we come together as a community with intention we can send so much strnegth and healing to the collective. When we heal ourselves we heal the collective so lets channel whatever you are feeling in light of what is happening in Iran right now.

Feel safe to feel rage, anger, sadness and channel it to alchemise into recaliming your power back. Dance with full embodiment and feeling to really allow yourself to feel anyhting that needs to come up.

This has been going on for too long now with the oppression and suppression of women and still til now it is happening to our sisters all around the world

The catalyst is the unfortunate death of a sister "Mahsa Amini" for protesting and speaking her truth.

So lets all howl into the wind, drum our drums loudly & dance like the wild women we are meant to be. To call in the goddesses that speak to you in this time and send prayer and awakening to all sisters that still suffer under laws that oppress and suppress. To all the women that still are under the claws of old laws and beliefs that have kept them small and fearful of taking up space and speaking their truth!

Both Men and Women are allowed because we are all one and this is a dance to liberate and free all. We are not free until we are all free collectively.
